The pilot implementation of the "Typical Party Cell" in Hoa Vang District, Da Nang, over the past two years aims to concretize the approach of building the Party from its grassroots. The " Typical Party Cell" model in Hoa Vang District is detailed into 7 groups of criteria, based on the Central and municipal Party Committees’ regulations on the organisation and operations of Party cells.
