Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong has recently signed Decision No. 2242/QĐ-UBND to issue the Digital Competency Framework for citizens in Da Nang. This framework aims to foster the development of digital citizens and accelerate digital transformation in the city. With the outlined criteria, local residents will gain a clearer understanding of the digital skills required for effective interaction, connection, and work in a digital environment. This will encourage them to participate actively in courses, training sessions, and equip themselves with tools to enhance their digital competency. Notably, Da Nang is the first locality to issue such a framework.
