Citizens can submit their applications for driving licence renewal at their police stations at local commune, ward and town levels and register for driving tests in any locality. The transfer of responsibilities for testing, issuing, and renewing driving licences from the Ministry of Transport to the Ministry of Public Security will not disrupt the process of learning, testing, or obtaining a driving licence.
