Mr Le Ngoc Minh is one of Phu Yen Province’s outstanding photographers. 

Last month, an exhibition of some of his artistic photos, entitled “Tieng Vong Bien – Rung” (Echo from Sea and Forests), was held in the province’s Tuy Hoa City. 

Sponsored by the provincial People’s Committee and the Viet Nam Association of Photographic Artists, the event left a deep impression on visitors.
