The Da Nang Barefoot Run 2015 took place at the city’s East Sea Park on Sunday.

A total of around 8,000 amateur runners of all ages from across the country, plus international visitors to Da Nang, participated in 2km, 5km and 10km races along the beaches of Hoang Sa, Vo Nguyen Giap and Truong Sa streets.

The first three finishers in the 2km race were Truong Quy Lam, Nguyen Tien Thuat and Nguyen Khac Hoan.  The top 3 places in the 5km race went to Nguyen Huynh Ngoc Hung, Le Tan Tinh and Nguyen Cong Trung, whilst in the 10km event Pham Van Dai, Phan Van Can and Pham Thu took those places.
