Around 40 photos of Vietnamese women are on display along the Hoai River in Quang Nam Province's Hoi An.

Titled 'Vietnamese Women,' the outdoor exhibition is being held by Hoi An-based French photographer Réhahn C in collaboration with the local People’s Committee and Office of Culture and Information.

The poster-sized photos, featuring Vietnamese women throughout the country, were captured by Réhahn during his motorbike travels across Viet Nam.

“I’m very impressed by the strength of Vietnamese women. They work hard every day, everywhere in the country,” Réhahn shared, describing the women he met throughout his travels.

One of Réhahn’s most positive impressions of Vietnamese women related to their ability to juggle family and work will seemingly always keep a smile on their faces.

“I wanted to celebrate this feature of Viet Nam with these photos taken from the north to the south of the country,” he said. “I’m very happy to work in collaboration with Hoi An, the city where I have lived for five years now.”

The 'Vietnamese Women' exhibit will continue to be on display on Nguyen Phuc Chu Street until August 20.

This is not the first time Réhahn has celebrated Vietnamese women. In March, he donated one of his most popular photos to the Vietnamese Women’s Museum in Ha Noi.

The photo, capturing 79-year-old boat rower Bui Thi Xong in Hoi An, was one of the first that Réhahn captured for a project called ‘Hidden Smile.’
