Despite heavy rain, streets along both banks of the Han River was crowded with local residents and visitors to watch spectacular fireworks displays by China and the UK teams on the 3^rd night of the ongoing Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2017.  Meanwhile, spectators wearing raincoats and holding umbrellas were also seen at viewing stands.
