Fireworks performance by Göteborgs FyrverkeriFabrik (GFF) from Sweden lit up the Da Nang skyline on Saturday. This is the first time that the Swedish contestants has competed at the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2018.

Mr Leif Martin Hildeberg, the leader of the Swedish team, said that his team’s performance showed off the stunning image of beautiful bridges span sparkling rivers in both Viet Nam and Sweden.

“Focus was on highlighting the time-honoured friendship between the two countries over the past years. This was the meaningful message of friendship we wanted to convey to the spectators through our show”, Mr Leif Martin Hildeberg remarked.

A total of 3,500 firecrackers and 2 control systems were utilised in the display by Swedish contestants, with the application of Pyrodigital, which is one of the most versatile, advanced and reliable computerised firing systems in the world.

Rock music was in the spotlight of the pyrotechnic display by Swedish competitors. The beginning part of the show was enlivened with music on fast tempo in a bid to make first impressions. Music took the viewers through a roller coaster of emotions, ranging from joy, satisfaction, excitement to happiness.
