Care centres filled with love for elderly people
Published: August 30, 2018
The Centre for Social Protection in Da Nang’s Lien Chieu District and the care centre for those who gave great service in the national revolution in the city’s Ngu Hanh Son District are shelters filled with love for the elderly.
Hundreds of social policy beneficiaries, including single elderly people, are being cared for at these centres. Many of them are suffering from mental health problems and limited mobility.
Despite being not blood-relations, the centres’ staff members have wholeheartedly taken care of the elderly with daily personal routines as if they were their grandparents or parents.
Here are some photos, all taken by our reporters, reflecting the staff members’ love for the elderly at the 2 centres.
