Nested in a forest on Da Nang’s Son Tra Peninsula, a deer-shaped banyan tree is a must-visit for visitors arriving in the city, especially those who like adventure tourism.

The tree looks like a deer standing on a stream bank, with its 2 trunks much similar to the pairs of front and hind legs of the deer, respectively. Also, its thick leafy canopies raising towards the sky are much similar to deer antlers.

Also interestingly, the perennial roots at the stump rise to the surface look like giant snakes crawling on the ground. The uniqueness of the tree indeed attracts a large number of visitors, although it is very hard to get to this amazing destination.

Let’s explore the beauty of the special tree through some breathtaking photos taken by our reporter Xuan Son.
