As part of the Da Nang Beach Tourism Season 2019, a kayak race named ‘Vuot Song My Khe’ (Journey from the Fall of My Khe Beach) took place on Wednesday morning, drawing the participation of 13 teams which consisted of professional and amateur kayakers. 

The teams competed in the 2 - 2.5km race off the My Khe Beach, near the East Sea Park in Son Tra District. This year's event aimed at spreading the meaningful message of environmental protection through raising public awareness of reducing plastic waste.
