‘Cuc hoa mi’, also known as ‘wild daises’ feature fragile white petals covering the yellow pistil. Different from the flowers with vibrant colours, daisies boast a pristine beauty, bringing lightness and peace to people.
According to the municipal Department of Science and Technology, pure-white daisies are often grown in the capital city of Ha Noi. The Biotechnology Centre has piloted to grow this beautiful flower type on a garden with a total of 10,000 plants.
The daisies are scientifically named Matricaria Chamomilla, belonging to the Asteraceae family. |
The daisies are also called ‘flower heralding the arrival of winter’ because they spring up in rows in late autumn when the weather becomes cooler. |
Pure-white daisies are often grown in the capital city of Ha Noi. In recent years when the demand for photography has increased, this unique kind of flowers has been grown in some localities nationwide. |
The season of pure-white daises elapses very quickly, usually lasting only a few weeks. |
Since the pure-white daisies garden at the Biotechnology Centre is open to the public for free, every day see hundreds of visitors come here and take souvenir photos with these beautiful flowers |
To keep the flower garden beautiful for a long time, visitors are required to behave politely and avoid such unacceptable deeds as cutting the flowers, littering indiscriminately and making noise here. |
