With just around two weeks to go to the Tet Festival 2020 which will begin on 25 January, flower gardens in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Chau Commune will be in full bloom for the forthcoming festival.

These products will be available for local customers who want to buy ornamental plants and flowers to decorate their houses to celebrate this special occasion.

Flower growers in Hoa Chau Commune are expected to provide about 25,000 pots of such different kinds of flowers as chrysanthemum, petunias, and periwinkles, roses for this year’s Tet markets.

Chrysanthemum makes up a large proportion of the total flowers in the commune’s Duong Son Village with over 20,000 pots of crystal daisies and marigolds.

According to many farmers in the Duong Son Village, this year's pots of chrysanthemum are more beautiful than previous years’.

Tet flower growers in Hoa Chau Commune are striving offer the best ornamental plants and flowers to customers.

Mr Bon said a pair of chrysanthemum pots will be sold at between 250,000 VND and 2.5 million VND, depending on the types of flowers and sizes of pots.
