On Saturday, despite the cold weather, the Marble Mountains Tourist Site was still crowded with visitors.

Ms. Le Ngoc Huong, a female traveller from Ha Noi said she took her children to Da Nang on the New Year holiday vacation after their semester exam. The weather in Da Nang was cold but still warmer than Ha Noi. She couldnot hide her eagerness to enjoy free admission whilst being served well by enthusiastic and polite staff at this beauty spot in Da Nang.

Data published by the Da Nang Department of Tourism shows that the Marble Mountains Tourist Site hosted 5,100 visitors in the first 3 days of New Year. In addition, around 400 school pupils and university and college students across Da Nang, along with about 700 domestic tourists, have visited the Museum of Cham Sculpture over the past week.

Additionally, the Museum of Da Nang and the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum have welcomed large numbers of domestic visitors over the past days.

According to the latest statistics released by the municipal Department of Tourism, Da Nang received more than 50,300 tourist arrivals, up about 38% compared to the previous forecast. This, of course, marks an encouraging signal for Da Nang tourism industry’s rebound, hereby opening up many prosperous expectations for this year.
