A bitterly cold and windy weather has prevailed in Da Nang in recent days as  the mercury has dropped to 14-17 degrees Celsius. The cold weather conditions have forced the public across Da Nang to wrap up themselves with extra layers of clothing in an effort to stay warm as going out.
