Da Nang Youth Union members actively get involved in supporting vaccination drive

Over the past few days, at Tien Son Sports Arena, Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang, the municipal Department of Health has deployed the inoculation of Moderna vaccine against COVID-19 for high-risk subjects, participants in COVID-19 prevention and control forces and essential service providers.

In order for the vaccination drive to take place smoothly, the Hai Chau District chapter of the municipal Youth Union has assigned a large number of its members and young people to serve at the vaccination venue.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Chau District Nguyen Tan Tai said that 30 Youth Union members and young people joined each session of the vaccination drive carried out consecutively from July 29 to August 5. The volunteers are in charge of supporting the would-be vaccinated people complete necessary procedures before getting shots, and assisting medical forces in conducting screening and vaccination smoothly and quickly.
