Farmers in Da Nang face crop losses due to heavy rains

Heavy rains from storm Conson in the last few days have wreaked havoc on paddy and vegetable crops in Da Nang.

Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Khuong Commune Peoples Committee Chairman Nguyen Chi Tri said before storm Conson, 30 hectares of paddy fields in Hoa Khuong Commune had not yet been harvested, of which, 20 hectares were at green ring stage while 10 others were in the ripening process and got ripened only 70%. |
