Located in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City, the Cai Rang Floating Market was formed in the early 20th century. It is about five kilometers from downtown Can Tho and 30 minutes by boat from the Ninh Kieu Wharf.

In the past, the market operated from midnight to early morning. Today, it starts operating from 5:00am until the end of the day.

The trading atmosphere at the market is always busy and bustling, full of laughter of buyers and sellers.
