Foreign tourists wade in the water, taking a boat ride in Hoi An Ancient Town

Many streets in Quang Nam Province’s Hoi An City have remained submerged under waters as a result of heavy rain lasting from September 27 to early morning of September 28 due to the influence of typhoon Noru.
However, many foreign tourists showed their excitement at wading in the water and taking a boat ride around the ancient town.
