The Spring Flower Garden for the Year of Cat 2023 at the intersection of Pham Huu Nhat and Le Van Hien streets in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, is now very inviting to tourists and residents of all ages who come to sightsee and record memorable moments with their family members and friends.
