About 20 km west of Da Nang, the Hoa Trung Lake in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Lien Commune is an artificial reservoir which supplies water for the daily lives and agricultural production of people in the surrounding areas.

In the summer, between July and September, the water level of the Hoa Trung Lake drops low, revealing shimmering floating islands and long lawns like vast green grasslands.

Most notably, the lake is surrounded by artificial floating islands, with green and flat grasslands, arranged in undulating slopes that look very beautiful.
