On the occasion of the 77^th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), many practical activities were organised across Da Nang to express deep gratitude to families of social policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and heroic martyrs and patriots who fell for the independence and freedom of the nation.

On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), representatives of the Da Nang Youth Union visiting and presenting gifts to two Heroic Vietnamese Mothers Dang Thi Thanh and Nguyen Thi Kha, both in Hoa Vang District. The cemetery space is more respectful and solemn with lotus flowers in gratitude to those who died for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Every year, on War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), youth union members across the city organise some activities at martyrs' cemeteries and decorate the places with new plastic lotus flowers.

On the morning of July 27, many people and groups visited the Hoa Xuan Ward-based Martyrs' Cemetery to burn incense and pay their respects to heroic martyrs.
