As recorded by our reporter on Nguyen Van Linh Street on September 16 evening, a dense crowd followed the Tu Cau lion dance troupe in Da Nang. It turned out that this year, this lion dance troupe performed tightrope lion dancing. This skill has not been performed by many lion dance troupes in Da Nang for many years. Perhaps that is why the tightrope performance of the Tu Cau lion dance troupe drew much attention from a large number of people.

In addition, the Children's Culture Palace, Helio Park and other entertainment venues across the city were crowded with people. Dozens of lion dance troupes with beautiful performances at the Helio night market attracted many families with young children to watch, creating a joyful atmosphere for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

This year's Mid-Autumn Festival was even more special when trade unions at all levels and schools citywide have organisers "Full Moon Festival Night" programmes on a smaller scale to save funds to support people in the flood-hit areas in North Viet Nam.
