Cam Le is one of the six districts of Da Nang, established by Government Decree 102/NĐ-CP on August 5, 2005. It was formed from Khue Trung Ward of Hai Chau District and three communes - Hoa Tho, Hoa Phat, and Hoa Xuan - from Hoa Vang District. Covering an area of 34 square kilometers, Cam Le has undergone dramatic changes over the past two decades, transforming from a suburban district into a central hub for the city's development.
With its infrastructure, including bridges and key projects, the district has grown and strengthened regional economic links. Moreover, with its geographical advantages, unique space, and distinctive cultural features, Cam Le is set to be a major development highlight for the city in the future.
Da Nang Weekend invites you to revisit Cam Le through a series of photographs by author Nguyen Huu Tan (Da Nang).
