The lighting of the Christmas tree on the landscape floor at the western end of Da Nang’s Dragon Bridge (opposite VTV8 building) created a memorable, emotional moment for both locals and tourists. This activity marked the opening of a series of events of the Danang X’mas - New Year Festival 2025.

Crowds were seen gathering on Monday evening for the lighting of the 20m-high Christmas tree

The 20m-high light tree is decorated with thousands of LED bulbs, modern light patterns, and traditional red and green Christmas balls.

Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism Nguyen Thi Hoai An shared the meaning of the light tree and sent best wishes to residents and tourists.

Visitors to the event also immersed themselves in unique and vibrant art performances by children, singers, artists and dancers.
