The Da Nang Administration Centre is one of the city’s key construction projects. The 166.8m-tall, 34-storey-plus-2-basements building has a total floor area of 65,234m².  It features a 24.6m-tall, 4-storey lower block, with a 142.2m-tall, 30-storey tower block above it.

The 4-storey lower block has a total floor area of 14,080m².  The 1^st floor is designated for the Da Nang People's Committee (PC) offices, plus an area for receiving administrative dossiers and related paperwork.  The 2^nd floor features conference and meeting rooms which can accommodate a total of 1,088 people, along with a waiting hall.  Meanwhile, the 3^rd floor has working spaces for the leaders of the municipal PC, and more meeting rooms.  The 4^th floor acts as the transition between the centre’s lower and tower blocks. 

In the 30-storey tower block, the floors from the 5^th to the 31^st provide working spaces for the local departments and agencies, along with meeting rooms and indoor vacant spaces for displaying ornamental trees.  The 32^nd floor has technical rooms, the 33^rd restaurants offering light food, whilst the 34^th is designated as a viewing area offering panoramic views over the city, plus other machine and technical rooms.

There are 2 basement parks at the centre with a total of 15,896m².  The areas offer parking spaces for cars and motorbikes, along with technical rooms, and a canteen which can accommodate a total of 1,004 people.
