Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev will pay an official visit to Viet Nam from April 5-7, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on March 30.

The visit will be made at the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.

This year, Viet Nam and Russia are celebrating the 65^th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic ties.

Two-way trade topped 3 billion USD for the first time in 2014 and is expected to hit 10 billion USD by 2020.
