On Tuesday, the Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee, Mr Vo Cong Tri, hosted a reception for a visiting group from the Lao National Politics and Administration Institute and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration.

The visitors said that the purpose of their visit was to learn about the city’s recent experiences in socio-economic development and in training local government officials.  The visit was part of activities to boost the bilateral cooperative ties between Da Nang and Laos through State management cadre training programmes.

Deputy Secretary Tri vowed that his city was willing to share its valuable experiences and give more support to Laos in various cooperative aspects.
