During the first half of this year, Da Nang gained positive results from the implementation of democratic regulations.  In particular, many new measures were introduced to publicise the democratic regulations at grassroots level.  The effective implementation of democratic regulations at all levels significantly helped to strengthen the great unity bloc from Party organisations to local residents, and enhance the solidarity in local departments and agencies.

Deputy Secretary Tri

As for the remaining months of the year, municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary Vo Cong Tri urged local relevant agencies to increase the publicity and the implementation of democratic regulations at grassroots level.  The focus will be on widely publicising resolutions of the all-level party congresses and respecting the legitimate rights of local residents.  Importance will be attached to accelerating administrative reforms, and enhancing the quality of public services and the sense of their staff being servants of local citizens.
