Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just approved the election results for the key positions in the Da Nang People's Committee for the 2016 - 2021 tenure.  The elections took place at the 1^st session of the municipal People’s Council in its 9^th tenure of the 2016 - 2021 term which was held in the city on 16 June.

According to the results, Mr Huynh Duc Tho was re-elected Chairman of the city’s People’s Committee. Mr Dang Viet Dung, Mr Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, and Mr Ho Ky Minh were all re-elected Vice Chairmen, and the 4^th Vice Chairman is Mr Tran Van Mien, the former Director of the city’s Taxation Department.
