Director of Da Nang Department of Home Affairs Vo Ngoc Dong said, on the first day back to work after Tet, the agency organised regular and surprise inspection of public service activities across the city, in tandem with the monitoring and surveillance via cameras installed at one-stop shops citywide.
Through inspection, no government agencies and organisations were found commiting administrative discipline violations. “In recent years, the inspection of disciplinary observance and administrative discipline has taken place regularly, penalties are increasingly strict, so the good compliance of compulsory work regulations have been recorded ”Mr Dong said.
In particular, mandatory measures against the spread of the coronavirus have been taken at all-level administrative service agencies to protect the safety of the staff and visitors.
A number of citizens wearing face coverings were seen keeping a safe distance from others in line with the city's new pandemic prevention rules whilst waiting for their turns to have their administrative procedures handled by staff of functional agencies at the one-stop shop in the Da Nang Administrative Centre.
