The Da Nang Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) on Thursday received VND 500 million from Hoa Vang District, more than VND 480 million from the Authority of the Hi-Tech Park and Da Nang Industrial Parks, more than VND 470 million from the Central Power Corporation, and 15 body temperature monitors worth about VND 10 million each, VND 300 million from the Hoa Tho Textile & Garment Joint Stock Corporation to help the city tackle COVID-19.

Chairman of the Da Nang Committee of VFF, Mr Ngo Xuan Thang appreciated the salience of love, affection businesses, organizations and individuals have shown to support Da Nang’efforts in the fight against COVID-19 in the city. He also remarked that funding sources would be used to buy COVID-19 vaccines for the city's population, purchase ventilators, other specialised medical equipment and medicines to treat patients with COVID-19, especially critically ill patients, as well as support designated quarantine areas, and those directly involved in epidemic prevention and control activities in the city.
