More than VND 2.6 billion additional finanical support for Da Nang to tackle COVID-19
The Da Nang Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) on Tuesday received more than VND 2.6 billion in total from departments, agencies and businesses to support the city’s efforts in its fight against COVID-19.

In detail, VND 1 billion went from Thanh Khe District, VND 1 billion from the Petroleum Company Region 5, VND 200 million from the Da Nang Tobacco Company, more than VND 139 million from the Da Nang General Hospital; VND 100 million from Danang Lottery & Printing Service One Member Company Limited, VND 100 million from the Da Nang Pharmaceutical - Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company, VND 50 million from Caters De Vietnam Co., Ltd, more than VND 50 million from the the Da Nang Vocational Trainning College, VND 50 million from the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, and VND 25 million from the Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment.
Da Nang Committee of VFF Vice Chairman Duong Dinh Lieu Duong Dinh Lieu thanked the donors for their generosity and active support to Da Nang to help the city tackle COVID-19. Mr Lieu also highlighted the importance and meaning of cash donations from businesses and organisations in supporting the city’s efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus.
