Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh on Thursday morning, September 30, visited the Chinese Consulate General in Da Nang and extended their greetings to its staff on the occasion of the 72^nd anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of China (October 1).

On behalf of Da Nang leaders, Vice Chairman Minh extended his best wishes to Ms Dong Bi You, the Chinese Consul General in Da Nang and her staff members on their special day.

Mr Ho Ky Minh said that bilateral cooperation between Da Nang and some Chinese localities has yielded fruitful outcomes.

He took the opportunity to ask for the support from the Chinese Consulate General in Da Nang to deepen the bilateral ties between Da Nang and Chinese localities and between Viet Nam and China at large.

Ms Dong Bi You thanked the city leaders for their wishes on her country’s National Day.

The Chinese diplomat said that the year 2021 has special significance in China to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of the founding of its Communist Party.

She also expressed her belief that Viet Nam and China will foster their cooperative relationship under the leadership of the Communist Party of the two countries.
