The Trade Union of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, in coordination with other local agencies, is organising the programme entitled ‘Worker's Day - Welcome to the Lunar New Year 2023’.

On the spotlight at the event was many exciting and practical activities highly inviting to many workers and employees such as Workers' New Year Market 2023 with more than 60 stalls selling hundreds of essential items at preferential prices, a job fair featuring a combined total of more than 5,000 job slots offered by 18 businesses, free consultation, medical checkups for 20,000 workers in Hai Chau District.

On this occasion, the event’s organisers awarded 4,800 gifts worth a sum of VND2.5 billion, 18,850 free shopping vouchers worth VND1.9 billion and 1,000 ‘banh chung’ (square glutinous rice cakes) to Trade Union members and employees suffering financial difficulties.

Also, the local authorities have inked cooperation agreements on member welfare programme with 3 enterprises, namely Mobifone Da Nang 2, Medlatec Da Nang Co., Ltd., and Tien Phong Bank.
