Party official makes pre-Tet visit in Da Nang

On Wednesday morning, Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs Phan Dinh Trac visited and extended Tet wishes to leaders of Da Nang.

During his reception for Chairman Trac, municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang briefed his guest on the city's outstanding socio-economic results in 2022, its key tasks set for 2023, and its meaningful programmes for social policy families and poor households in the locality on the occasion of Tet.

Mr. Quang remarked 2022 was considered a successful year for the Party Committee, government and people of the city when many of the city’s socio-economic targets exceeded. In addition, the Party building and political work were carried out in a methodical and orderly manner.

Besides, the city strictly and effectively implemented the resolutions, guidelines and policies of the Central Government. Despite the impact of COVID-19, it always tried to implement social security policies well, especially when Tet is approaching.

The city Party chief asked for more support from Chairman Trac to solve problems and difficulties and promote the city's development in the coming time.

For his part, Chairman Phan Dinh Trac recognized and highly lauded Da Nang for its remarkable achievements in the past year, especially in the context of the post-pandemic economic recovery.

He took the opportunity to wish the Party Committee, government and people of Da Nang in the new lunar year to continue to fulfill its socio-economic tasks. He urged the city leaders to make every effort to overcome challenges and difficulties and make right decisions so as to take better care for and improve the lives of local residents.
