People's Council Vice Chairwoman pay pre-Tet visits to some units and individuals
On Friday morning, Da Nang People's Council Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, along with representatives from the municipal Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Department of Health, paid pre-Tet visits to some aunits and people with revolutionary merits in the city.

During their visits to the Da Nang Lung Hospital, the Hoa Vang District Medical Center and the Da Nang Center for Disease Control, Vice Chairwoman Anh Thi highly appreciated great efforts made by leaders, medical staff and civil servants of these medical establishments in overcoming difficulties to well fulfill their tasks.

She affirmed that the city will continue accompanying the health sector to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services, enhance the material and spiritual life of medical staff, and issue many policies on attracting doctors to public health facilities in the city during the 2023-2025 period.
Mrs. Thi wished that, in 2023, the above-mentioned medical units will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity to give better care to patients, take practical solutions to enhance medical examination and treatment services, complete professional targets, improve primary care capacity in order to reduce the referral rate as well as the mortality rate of patients.

She suggested the Center for Disease Control continue to promote the spirit of internal solidarity, overcome difficulties together, and stabilize the spirit of the team to successfully complete its tasks in disease prevention and control in the future.

When visiting heroic Vietnamese mother Vo Thi Huynh, 102, residing in Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District, whose two children are martyrs, and war invalids ¼ Doan Thi Toa residing in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Vice Chairwoman Anh Thi acknowledged and expressed her deep gratitude to heroic Vietnamese mothers, wounded soldiers and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country's re-unification. At the same time, she wished heroic Vietnamese mother Vo Thi Huynh good health and longevity in order to be a pride and a shining example for her grandchildren to follow.
