Da Nang leader hosts South Africa's Ambassador to Viet Nam
Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh on Wednesday afternoon welcomed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Africa to Viet Nam Vuyiswa Tulelo on the occasion of her working visit to the city.

Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh briefed his guests on the city’s socio-economic development and its development strategies. He took the opportunity to ask for help from Mrs Vuyiswa Tulelo to facilitate Da Nang to establish cooperative relations with South African localities, and encourage investors from South Africa to visit and seek investment opportunities in the city, as well as develop tours between South Africa and Da Nang, and Viet Nam as a whole.
The South African Ambassador thanked the city leader for his warm welcome. She expressed deep impression with the city’s modern infrastructure and its dynamic economic development.
Ambassador Vuyiswa Tulelo said that the purpose of her visit was to foster cooperative relationships between South Africa and Da Nang.
The South African Embassy in Viet Nam will mark the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Viet Nam and South Africa (December 22) with an array of meaningful activities, said Vuyiswa Tulelo.
She hoped for gradual development of cooperative relations, cultural exchanges, people-to-people exchanges between South Africa and Da Nang, contributing to deepening their bilateral relationships.
