Da Nang calls on Indian businesses to seek investment opportunities

During his reception on Wednesday for Indian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Viet Nam Sandeep Arya, Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang informed his guest about his city's potential and advantages, along with its development strategy in the coming time.

He emphasised that in the central government-issued resolutions on Da Nang’s development strategy, the city was positioned to become a hub for high-quality healthcare, culture and training and education.

He said Da Nang is willing to cooperate with Indian localities in the abovementioned fields, so he hoped that the Indian diplomat will continue to act as a bridge to promote bilateral cooperation between Da Nang and Indian localities in the years ahead.

In reply, Ambassador Sandeep Arya expressed his impression on the city’s beauty, and its advantages and cooperation potential. He congratulated the city on its outstanding achievements over the past 25 years since its recognition as centrally-governed city.

The Indian guest vowed that in the coming time, he will do his utmost to appeal for more large Indian corporations and enterprises to Viet Nam, including Da Nang, to seek investment opportunities.
