On Friday morning, a group of Da Nang’s officials, led by municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh visited and congratulated staff of the Consulate General of Russia in Da Nang on the occasion of the 33^rd anniversary of Russia's National Day (June 12).

During the meeting, Vice Chairman Minh expressed his delight at the comprehensive cooperation relationship between the two countries.

He asked Mrs. Mizonova Maria Georgievna, the Russian Consul General in Da Nang, to act as a bridge to promote relations between the business community of Da Nang and Primorsky Krai to deploy investment cooperation programmes in the two localities in the near future.

For her part, the Russian diplomat, on behalf of staff of the Consulate General of Russia in Da Nang, thanked the city leaders for their special care over the past years.

She also hoped that the Russia - Viet Nam strategic cooperative relationship would be tightened and lifted to a new height in the time to come.
