Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue requested ministers to uphold their sense of responsibility to clarify the issues raised by delegates, as well as provide practical, effective, and feasible solutions, in order to ensure both timely and effective overcoming of immediate weaknesses and limitations, while also creating long-term fundamental changes for each question. This will greatly contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of administration and management to meet the requirements and expectations of voters and people nationwide.
