Mrs. Thi appreciated the initiative and coordination of relevant units in organising the "Meet Thailand in Da Nang" event, which she said is a good opportunity to enhance the friendship and cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, tourism, culture and education between localities and enterprises in Viet Nam and Thailand.

Highlighting the strategic East-West Economic Corridor that runs from Khon Kaen (Thailand) through Laos to Da Nang, Mrs. Thi informed that Da Nang hosts the International EWEC Trade and Tourism Fair in August every year. It offers a chance for countries and their localities, as well as international organisations that have set up relations with Da Nang, to promote their potential and strengths, and seek investment opportunities.

At the same time, she highly praised the city's efforts in successfully organising the International EWEC Trade and Tourism Fair every year. She pledged to work as a bridge for Thai localities and businesses to explore and invest in the city.
