Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang hosted a reception on Tuesday for Mr. Guillaume Crozier, Senior Vice President of UAE Cargo & Global Cargo Strategy, the Dubai National Air Travel Agency (DNATA), who is on a visit to the city.

Informing his guest about a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of the city issued by the Vietnamese National Assembly, Secretary Quang emphasised Da Nang has been concentrating on building the Free Trade Zone, aimed to create a favorable ecosystem for the development of aviation logistics, e-commerce, high-tech manufacturing, and high-quality services.

The city leader voiced his hope that DNATA - one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents - will expand its investment in Da Nang in these fields in the time to come.

For his part, Mr. Guillaume Crozier expressed his impression of Da Nang’s the development strategies, affirming that Da Nang possesses great potential for the development of the abovementioned fields. He stated that after this working trip, DNATA will study cooperation solutions with Da Nang, contributing to deepening the relationship and cooperation between the two sides.
