After the online meeting with the Prime Minister ended, Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang requested the secretaries and chairmen of districts, wards and communes in the city to simultaneously start construction on the remaining houses on the approved list before March 30, striving to complete new construction and repairs before April 30 and May 1. In addition, efforts should be made to continue to review any additional houses, if any, to submit for approval and start construction in April 2025.
Mr. Quang urged the secretaries of district and commune-level Party Committees to mobilize police and military forces, and socio-political organisations to contribute working days to support the eradication of temporary and dilapidated houses. This will help needy people reduce costs, and create a movement among the entire population to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the city.
