During his reception on Monday for Colonel Mizuno Tatsuhito, Commander of ship Suzunami of the training squadron of the Japan Maritime Self-Defence Force, Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Ho Ky Minh affirmed that the city leaders will create the best conditions for the Japanese delegation to have a successful visit in the city.

Vice Chairman Minh briefed his guest on the city’s economic, cultural and social development achievements, in which, the local economic growth in recent years was partly attributed to great contributions from investors and businesses from Japan.

He hoped that, after the working trip, Colonel Mizuno Tatsuhito and the officers and crew members will introduce the image of a dynamic and friendly Da Nang to the Japanese people.

For his part, Colonel Mizuno Tatsuhito expressed his thanks to the municipal government and leaders of relevant departments, agencies and sectors for facilitating the smooth diplomatic visit. He added that Japanese officers and crew members were truly impressed by the beauty of the coastal city of Da Nang.
