Muong Thanh Da Nang Hotel opens, and gives help to the poor
Located on the eastern bank of the Han River at 962 Ngo Quyen Street, Son Tra District, the over 400 billion VND Muong Thanh Da Nang Hotel opened on 2 September after over two years of construction.
The 4-star hotel features a total of 370 guestrooms and 8 luxurious apartments, and it becomes the 18th hotel in Viet Nam in the Muong Thanh Hospitality chain.
Although it has been operating in the city for only 2 weeks, the hotel has already established a charity fund and raised 300 million VND at its opening ceremony. The hotel donated that to the city’s Red Cross Association to help local poor patients.

As well as helping poor people locally, the Muong Thanh Charity Fund will also provide assistance for poor people living in the border areas, improve healthcare and education sectors in rural areas, and help those who have rendered service to the nation. It will also assist with clean water and environmental protection issues and disaster relief programmes.
