At noon yesterday, the Da Nang authorities and relevant agencies began helping the evacuated local residents to return to their homes. 

Reviews of the preparations that were made for the storm’s arrival will take place soon to identify any lessons to be learnt for the future.  One focus will be on instructing local residents how to prevent and control infectious diseases which could appear after a storm.

Effective measures to deal with landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in lowlands plain areas, plus the storage of enough food, drinking water and medicines, will also be discussed.
