Super typhoon to enter East Sea tomorrow evening

According to the Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, super typhoon Haiyan, with winds of up to 221kph near its centre, is heading towards central parts of the Philippines. It is moving in a westerly or north-westerly direction at a speed of about 30kph and should enter the East Sea tomorrow evening.
The US Navy's Joint Typhoon Warning Centre forecasts that the storm could strike the central coast provinces of Viet Nam later. Due to the effects of the forthcoming storm, from tomorrow evening, the eastern parts of the East Sea will experience strong winds at level 11/12 and rough seas.
