A charity musical performance entitled “Spring for You” took place at Da Nang’s Trung Vuong Theatre on Tuesday evening. 

The hearts of more than 1,000 audience members were deeply touched by the many delightful singing and dancing performances from the local AO-affected children.

Over 2.2 billion VND was raised from domestic and foreign individuals and organisations during the event.  The donations will help local AO victims across the city, including around 200 children who are living at Da Nang’s Support Centres for AO Victims and Disadvantaged Children.

Da Nang now has more than 5,000 AO victims, 1,400 of whom are children.  Many of them are second or third generation victims.  The kind help from the city’s authorities and residents have helped to ease the pain of local AO victims, and improve their living conditions.
