Following recent instructions from the Da Nang authorities, vehicles are to be banned from parking on streets near the new Administration Centre from 16 June.  The sections are along Quang Trung, Tran Phu and Ly Tu Trong streets, and near the Dien Hai Citadel.  The city authorities will widely publicise the new regulations up to 26 June, but thereafter they will deal appropriately with any violations.

City residents from the southern side of the city can reach the Centre by the following routes: Nguyen Huu Tho Street - Nguyen Tri Phuong Street - Nguyen Van Linh Street - Bach Dang Street, and Nguyen Huu Tho Street - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street- 2 September Street - Bach Dang Street. 

From the southeast side of the city, residents can reach the Centre along these routes: Le Van Hien Street - Tien Son Bridge - 2 September Street - Bach Dang Street, Le Van Hien Street - Ngu Hanh Son Street - Tran Thi Ly Bridge - 2 September Street - Bach Dang Street, and Le Van Hien Street - Ngu Hanh Son Street - Ngo Quyen Street - Dragon Bridge - Bach Dang Street.

From the western and north-west sides of the city, the following routes are recommended: Ton Duc Thang Street - Dien Bien Phu Street - Le Duan Street -Nguyen Chi Thanh Street -  Ly Tu Trong Street, Ton Duc Thang Street - Dien Bien Phu Street - Tran Cao Van Street - Quang Trung Street, and Nguyen Tat Thanh Street - 3 February Street - Tran Phu Street.
